Cape Town's house of competition — a structured, seasonal 3-on-3 format. Teams build through a regular season and compete for a championship. The half-court game at its best.
No teams, no pressure — just basketball. BFL hosts regular Open Runs where anyone can come out and play. 3x3, 4x4 — it changes. Battery Park and LeonsdaleCivic Centre. This is also how new players get on our radar for matchups.
The highest level BFL offers. The top 12 players from the GOAT Rankings compete in 5v5 format — either as an all-BFL team or against another team or brand. Cape Town's best proving it on a bigger stage.
